We had decided that we were going to just live in an appartment for a few more years since the prices have been so high in the Roseville area. Well Chelsey went to lunch on monday with Nikki Crandall and Nikki told her about a house down the street from her. So we went and on friday of the same week we had our offer in and a contract to purchase. Talk about a crazy month!! We went from being completely unprepared to buy a house to moved-in in about 4 weeks. We appreciate everyone that helped us with the whole process. We love our home and hope to spend some time in it once school is out. Oh well, it will make for a fun christmas.
