4th of July in Washington

We go to Washington nearly every 4th of July and this year was no exception. We stay with Chelsey's Uncle and family and this year we were there from Wed-Sun. On the fourth we go out to a friend's lake house and play volleyball and ride the waverunner/boat. It was a ton of fun and only 70 or so degrees!! We also get incredible amounts of fireworks and put on quite a show. Jon is in charge of the pyrotechnics and Chelsey does the filming. This year we set up 21 mortar tubes, although one of them blew up after a few launches so we were down to 20 tubes. The Video below is the finale!! I think I am just now getting my hearing back!!

I feel totally jipped... For years we have been buying those boxes of fireworks and to make it "really cool" putting them on ladders before lighting them off. How embarrassing.

That was professional, how in the world did they light all of them?
